Shipping Information & Production Schedule

At Naturally Gluten Free Bakery, we take pride in preparing our products fresh each week to ensure the highest quality for our customers.

Ordering & Baking Schedule

Approximately 90% of our baking takes place on Thursdays and Fridays, in preparation for our Saturday farmers' markets and customer orders.

All orders must be placed by Saturday at 12 noon for production the following week.

As a small, one-person bakery, we operate with commercial equipment that requires minimum production quantities. For example, our bread dough is prepared in batches of at least 5 kilograms, producing approximately eight loaves of a single variety.

Because of these production requirements, we are unable to accommodate small orders requiring baking earlier in the week.

When Will My Order Ship?

Orders requiring shipping are scheduled for baking on Thursday or Friday before dispatch.

We prepare your products according to our regular baking schedule to ensure they are freshly baked before shipping.

Important Information About Shipping Times

Please note that 1-day and 2-day shipping options refer only to the estimated time in transit once your order has been dispatched.

These shipping estimates do not include the time required to prepare and bake your order.

Selecting an expedited shipping option does not mean your order will be baked or shipped immediately.
