Chicken Strips
Take All Dressed Chips and puree them in a blender. Press pieces of chicken into the chips and fry in oil until done.
Fish Batter
2 1/2 cups Naturally Gluten Free All Purpose Flour
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp baking powder
1 egg
2 tbsp oil
1 1/2 cups water
Place wet ingredients into a bowl top with dry ingredients. Mix on medium speed with a whisk attachment for 3 minutes. It's best to allow the batter to sit overnight for all the liquid to absorb into the flour.
Whisk lightly the next day and add water to thin out if needed.
