We have encountered issues with the inadequate rising of our bread loaves, despite numerous recipe adjustments. The worn-out condition of our loaf pans may be the root cause. Regrettably, the replacement of these pans, which is long overdue, presents a financial hurdle, as the cost amounts to $3000.
